Please join us for a neighborhood board meeting on Thursday, June 14th, 7:00 p.m. at the Bloomfield Hills Library, Meeting Room 1. We will be discussing the proposed home development at Booth School. There are wetlands on the property so please help us strategize our next steps.
I hope you had a great holiday weekend. I’ve been in touch with the Township regarding our proposal to repave our roads. As of now, they have not heard anything from the road commission regarding our project. She reminded me that it could take up to a year and a half to get an answer…so we wait…and wait.
Hope to have an answer soon!
It’s been a long, cold winter but the snow is finally melting and it’s time for the 31st annual Birmingham Farms Garden Sale! These are superior quality plants delivered directly to the sub from the greenhouse. The pricing reflects a considerable savings over regular retail and as an added bonus, except where otherwise noted, flats contain 48 plants. (Most flats sold at local retail stores contain only 36 plants.)
The order form is being distributed on line only. Please print out the form and send your completed order with a check for full payment no later than May 4, 2018.
Make checks payable to: Birmingham Farms Homeowners Association (BFHA).
Mail or drop off completed order to: Terry Segal, 7456 Cathedral, Bloomfield Hills, MI, 48301.
Don’t see the plant variety or color you’re looking for? Additional colors and plants are available; there just isn’t room for everything on the form! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call or email.
PICK UP DATE AND TIME
As usual, your plants will be available for pick up at the Bloomfield Hills Schools Doyle Center located at 7275 Wing Lake Road, between 14 Mile and Maple, on Sunday, May 20 between 10:00-11:30 AM.
We need volunteers to help unload the truck and pass out the plants on delivery day! Please check the boxes on the order form if you can help. Bagels, coffee and juice will be provided for volunteers. And remember, volunteers get the first pick of plants!
Thanks for your participation and Happy Spring!
On April 21st, Earth Day, a township-wide effort to maintain the beauty of our community will take place. We need all homeowners to pitch in!
- Saturday, April 21st
- Meet at White Pine Court @ 10 a.m.

Areas to be beautified include Birmingham Farms entrances and the paths along 14 Mile, Maple, and Telegraph Roads.
This is a great opportunity for students of any age needing community service hours.
